Hotel Čertovka is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Prague's historic Mala Strana, just steps away from the iconic Charles Bridge. The location is truly magical, offering unparalleled views of the bridge and Prague Castle. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience, allowing us to settle in two hours earlier.The room provided a spacious and comfortable retreat, although showing signs of age, it exuded a certain medieval charm. Despite a rocky start with reception, cultural differences were noted, and the situation was rectified promptly. The riverside room was a hidden sanctuary, perfect for a romantic escape or a peaceful night's rest. The large bathroom, equipped with a security camera, added a sense of security and comfort to our stay.One cannot overlook the fantastic breakfast spread, offering a variety of delicious choices to start the day off right. The friendly lady overseeing the breakfast service added a personal touch to our mornings. The hotel's proximity to key attractions like Prague Castle, Old Town Square, and Wenceslas Square made exploring the city on foot a breeze. Hotel Čertovka truly captures the essence of Prague's historical charm, providing a unique and memorable stay. From the convenient location to the cozy rooms with panoramic views, this hotel offers an immersive experience in the heart of this medieval city.
